Integrated Development Ordinance

Interim IDO LUPZ Draft

The project team has posted an interim review draft that reflects Recommended Conditions of Approval from the Environmental Planning Commission, included in the Notice of Decision, as redline edits. Additional changes proposed by staff are shown as greenline edits. The draft includes footnotes explaining the changes.

The City Clerk has advised us that the numbering system in the IDO needs to match the numbering in the City Ordinances on Amlegal, so we are working on renumbering the content to create an official LUPZ review draft. We will not make substantive edits, but we reserve the right to fix typos and other clerical errors.

We felt it was important to give everyone as much time as possible to review the redline/greenline content before the first LUPZ hearing, so we are providing the interim review draft now, and we will post the renumbered LUPZ review draft as soon as possible. We will print hard-copies of the renumbered draft for checkout from the Planning Department or for review at ABC libraries and City senior, multigenerational, and community centers.

Please check the project website for updates.
