Dear Community friends,

Youth Jam 2014 is just 8 weeks from now! Youth Jam will be held November 8, 2014 from 2pm-6pm at Warehouse 508 in Albuquerque. Warehouse 508 is located at 508 first street NW.

I have attached the event flyer. It would be great if you would post the flyer and let young people and families know about the event. If you would like printed copies of the flyer, please email me with your name and address and I will get you some.

We have 35 agencies confirmed to host resource tables at Youth Jam. If you have not yet reserved your spot and would like to have a table, please send me an email. It is free! And a great opportunity to interact with several hundred community members!

If you have reserved a table already, look for an email in a month with more specific event day info.

We will be sending the talent show registration form out in a couple of weeks. This year, we will have a youth talent show, and a youth open mic session. Youth Jam is an awesome opportunity for young people to get on stage and share their talent in a safe and nurturing environment.

I’ve also attached the donation form. If you would like to make a donation, we would be grateful. Donations of items we can use for raffles and prizes are particularly helpful.

We hope you will plan to join us for Youth Jam 2014. This year we will have many fun activities, including youth talent, community art projects, yoga, tai-chi, health and wellness focused games, hula hooping, and so much more!

Thanks so much and if you have questions, please feel free to contact me,
