The deadline to request an Absentee Ballot is Thursday, May 29, 2014. Voters may request an application by calling 505-243-VOTE (8683) or can go online to under “Absentee By Mail,” can print and fill out the application and mail or hand-deliver to the Clerk’s office at One Civic Plaza, NW, 6th floor.

To date, 7424 voters have opted to use an Absentee Ballot to cast their vote in the 2014 Primary Election.

“One of the great features we have available on our website is the ability for the voter to track the progress of their Absentee Ballot,” says Clerk Maggie Toulouse Oliver. “All you need to do is go to insert your name and date of birth and click on “Absentee By Mail,” which will indicate whether we have received your application, your ballot has been mailed to you and/or that we have received your completed ballot.”

Completed Absentee Ballots must be received via mail or in-person by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, June 3, 2014. Ballots may be mailed, dropped off at the Clerk’s Office or at any one of the 69 My Vote Centers on Election Day. All My Vote Center locations may be found at .
