Have you noticed the renovation progress at 607 Luna NW?

Steve Cordova bought this classic bungalow through his company, Probate Liquidators of New Mexico, in April this year, and has been working on it since.  There are obvious changes: the exterior has been stuccoed, trim painted, the front yard landscaped, and a new wide concrete staircase now leads up to the front porch.  But what you don’t see from the street is that everything on the inside has been tastefully redone. Steve renovated the electrical wiring, plumbing, appliances and fixtures. He even reconfigured the floor plan to include an open living room, kitchen and dining area The house also features a master bedroom suite, a second full bathroom, and an additional room that could be a home office area. Oh, and don’t let me forget there is a finished basement and a garage.

Steve lives in the north valley, and would really like to live in the downtown area, but because of what has been invested in the purchase and renovation of this home, has listed it for sale. Take a look.  Who knows, you may fall in love with it, and want to buy it.

Neighbors have expressed how much they like the transformation of this beautiful home, and have been responding with their own curb appeal improvements.  A “well done” to Steve and his company for bringing new life to one of the many early twentieth century homes in our neighborhood.
