The Downtown Neighborhood Area Sector Development Plan (DNA SDP) has moved on from the Land Use, Planning and Zoning (LUPZ) committee to the full City Council, after the fourth LUPZ hearing. The LUPZ committee forwarded the plan with no recommendation. At the LUPZ hearing on January 11th, 2012 the Committee Substitute dated 1-11-12, and found on the website below, was adopted. Six amendments were also adopted and these can be found on the website as well.

The remaining issues will be addressed by the full City Council. The date for the full City Council hearing has not been set yet, but I will email the date as soon as it is available. The date will also be added to the website.
