Zoning Report
* Presentation by Conrad Skinner, of Conrad Skinner Design, for five attached townhouses on the currently vacant lot at the SW corner of 12th & Lomas. Each unit would be approx. 1350 sq. ft., two stories over a double car garage. Construction design would observe normal setbacks, but would request a 10 ft. height variance above the maximum 26 ft. height requirement. Mr. Skinner assured all present this would be a residential project only.
Some Board Members and neighbors were supportive of
the proposed project, but were concerned about the mass of the
building at three stories, and a precedent being made in the
neighborhood for the height variance.
* Proposed addition to 1810 Old Town Rd.
Set up facilitated meeting.
* Hearing concerning the carport on Luna was deferred to May 19th.
* The house at 912 & 916 11th appears to be under modification.
